Roller cradles

Roller cradles are made up of a set of drum-like rollers made from materials such as Teflon, polyurethane, or compressed rubber. These are highly efficient tools used in pipeline operations, particularly for laying pipes inside trenches. The operation begins by placing one end of the pipe inside the trench. Then, three sidebooms move forward, pushing the roller cradle—within which the pipe rests on the rollers—along the trench. In this manner, the pipe is properly positioned in the trench according to the bends and slopes that were previously applied to it. Roller cradles are highly practical devices in pipeline construction, significantly increasing the speed and efficiency of the operation. They are among the key products of Khat-Ran Industrial Group, manufactured in sizes up to 56 inches.
