Internal clamp

For welding operations on pipes, it is essential that the two pipe ends are precisely aligned and placed next to each other so that the external weld seam can be properly executed. The pipe ends must be matched in such a way that there are no irregularities, commonly referred to as high or low, between them; otherwise, the weld will not be approved by welding inspectors. The alignment of the two pipe ends is carried out using an internal clamp. This device is pneumatically operated and powered by compressed air supplied from a compressor. The “Khatran” Industrial Group specializes in professional repair, resizing, and manufacturing of internal clamps in sizes ranging from 12 to 56 inches.
